The BLICK chair is the result of a design study into casual indoor/outdoor dining seating. The chair is stackable and utilises materials efficiently in order to serve its purpose. BLICK has been designed to be manufactured using several manufacturing techniques and materials depending on finish requirements and production volumes. BLICK explores the use of compression moulded recycled truck tire components that assemble to form the main load bearing seat structure. Moulded clear polycarbonate leg and back parts fasten to the seat structure creating an elegant seating solution.
